As the owner and Managing Partner of the retained firm of Touchpoint Search, Steve specializes in serving Private Equity (PE) firms in locating top CFO and Senior Finance Leader talent. PE firms want the best possible finance talent in the marketplace that have typically:
Worked in a PE-owned company
Had a key role in a successful exit process
Completed a number of acquisitions
Have deep industry experience.
Since opening his business over 4 years ago, Steve has built out his network of CFOs and Aspiring CFOs that fit these criteria. In addition, he follows a tested and proven search process that identifies the top finance talent for a particular role.
Prior to opening his business, he served as CFO of a $1.2 billion supply chain services provider with operations in 14 countries. Prior to that, he held the positions of CFO and Division President for a $625 million provider of global financial information.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Tulane University (New Orleans, LA) and a Master's degree in international management from the Thunderbird School of International Management (Glendale, AZ).
